Having grown up here in Northern Virginia and Washington DC Area, Patrick M. Kessler joined his family Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Building and Development business at a very young age. Patrick temporarily broke away from the family real estate business to pursue a Civil Engineering and Residential Development Career throughout the 1980’s and 1990’s completing the engineering and development of over 25,000 Home in the Northern Virginia area. Simultaneous with running his Engineering Company, Patrick began building New Single Family Homes in the 1990’s, ultimately building many Single Family Homes in the Fairfax County area. As the 1990’s took a toll on the real estate market, Patrick secured his Real Estate Broker’s License and began buying and selling land for many well-known Development companies and Builders, while helping many new clients buy and sell resale and investment homes. With now over 40 years of experience in various aspects of
real estate brokerage, real estate development and construction, Patrick has now expanded his consulting and development to other areas of the Country and Internationally along with Patrick being the Principal and Founder of Picasso Custom Builders, LLC www.PicassoHomes.com.
